Zachary Wright, PE, MBA, brings over 25 years of cross-functional residential and commercial construction experience to the team. Operating as a land developer, engineer, and project manager, Zachary has masterfully led the development of multiple master planned communities totaling over 10,000 lots. His unique skill set bridges technical execution with financial strategy. He has successfully established multiple Community Finance Districts and navigated complex bond sales.

Zachary holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. Mirroring our core commitment to real connection and purposeful work, he has served on the Solano Affordable Housing Foundation Board of Directors for eight years, acting as Chairperson for three years. He guided the completion of a vital 160-unit affordable apartment project in Suisun City.
